At the 1st meeting the client should bring as much information about the project as they have at that time. Feel free to ask lots of questions and get to know all about us.
At the Design meeting the client will need to bring specs, sinks, faucets and relevant samples. They should be prepared to make most all of the design decisions like color, seam placement and style of features such as integral sinks and/or drainboards.
A second Design meeting is only necessary for large jobs with lots of details to finalize or in the case that we prepare a custom sample for you to review. In this case, the 2nd design meeting will happen when the sample is prepared.
Finalization Meeting
For some projects, this meeting can coincide with the Design meeting. For this meeting the client should be prepared to go over any last minute decisions, set the template date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit.
After the finalization meeting, there will be charges for any changes in the schedule or change orders on the project.
